G and TC at Crew Dinner, Kam Eang Restaurant, Cholon beach (iPhone)
Just finished "in depth" interview (ie. 15 minutes) with Sail.TV for a longer program they're going to put together before Christmas. It'll be a half hour special on the King's Cup, using some of the footage they shot on Xena yesterday, which we saw at last night's party.
They'll let me know when it's done and I'll let all those interested know.
Crew dinner tonight, must away....
After dinner: fabulous time at the Kam Eang Restaurant, right by the Pier at Cholon beach. We had outdoor table, for firsts and mains, then some singing accompanied by the very accomplished G on piano, and TC vocals, enjoyed by the rest of the punters. Then down came the rain, so Plan B in action, we had already pre-arranged spare table for all 16 of us under the thatch, and we repaired there for dessert. Super time had by all.

Really glad to hear that you are not 'on the beach'. Horrible pics from the regatta website. Well sailed - I feel your pain, 2 bullets and 2 2nds, line honors and still popped at the post. Like you said, "that's yacht racing'. Anyway, trust you had a great time. Missing all the fun of the mooring move, but don't worry, will still be mayhem when you return. Cheers. Roger.
