Last Tuesday 16th August we took
Xena to Sai Kung, to be emptied of
all gear on board - right down to cutlery and crockery, anchors, water, the lot -- and then have the Overhangs measured.  This in aid of seeing if our handicap -- which went up 13 pips last time -- can be brought back down to a more reasonable level.  The measurements do seem better, and we await results from RORC.
Worth noting -- with due chagrin -- that the last measurements with used figures put into our Cert by RORC had a typo!  (not ours, theirs: and only coming to light after these official measurements).
Anyway, we cross fingers and wait.
